Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Pushlog account inside the app. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email without reinstalling it.

Delete in the app

This is the quickest route and is available to every signed-in account:

  1. Open Pushlog and select the You tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the warning, then confirm Delete account.
This cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first from You → Data → Export JSON.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@codecraftsolutions.co.za with the subject Pushlog account deletion request. Where possible, send the request from the email address used to sign in and include your Pushlog username.

Never send your Apple password, Google password, authentication code, or private health information. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account before deletion. Once verified, we will complete the request as soon as reasonably possible and within the period required by applicable law.

What account deletion removes

A completed deletion removes the active Pushlog cloud records associated with the account, including:

  • profile details, email, display name, profile photo reference, and Pushlog username;
  • cloud workout snapshots, sessions, counts, plan settings, preferences, and progress totals;
  • friend connections, incoming and outgoing friend requests, and leaderboard statistics;
  • registered push-notification device tokens and notification history; and
  • the Pushlog authentication account associated with your Apple or Google sign-in.

Deletion removes records from active systems. Limited encrypted backup, safety-report, or security-log records may remain temporarily under provider retention schedules, to protect users from abuse, or where law requires them, after which they expire or are deleted when no longer needed.

Data controlled separately on your devices

Pushlog cannot automatically delete records stored by another service or copies you exported:

  • Workouts written to Apple Health or Health Connect remain under your control there. Delete them in the relevant health app if you no longer want them.
  • JSON files or text you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them.
  • Your Apple or Google account is not deleted. Only the Pushlog sign-in record is removed.
